this is a scammer posing as a computer company that can fix viruses on your computer. After you pay for the service and they try to fix your computer, they say they can\'t do it and when you ask for a refund, they get your bank info. Then they lock your computer.

This caller was asking me inappropriate questions and was pretending to be someone they weren\'t over text message and when I tried to call to find out who it really was it just went to voicemail. They then hacked my friends Facebook still pretending to be someone they weren\'t.
